The “Untitled Equitable Budgeting” project is a short documentary and digital resource library that demystifies Philadelphia’s budget process and inspires everyday working people in Philadelphia and the metropolitan region to engage in civic life through art and creativity.
This is a collaboration between Melissa Beatriz and People’s Budget Office, supported by the Leeway Artist + Activist Residency.
